Sell your building unit by unit
For developers and builders selling their own projects: availability, prices and statuses in one place — on your website and on the portals, the moment they change.
This is how buyers see your project
This is a project page on the website you get with OptiEstate. Click a floor on the building or in the list on the right, then an apartment.
Point at a floor to see what is available and from what price — click it for the floor plan.
You describe the building once
Change the construction stage — the change flows through every apartment and its portal listings.
The change carries over to every apartment and to the portals.
- Project → building → entrance → floor → unit
You describe the building by its structure. On every floor plan the units are marked and open with one click.
- Shared details change once
The location and shared features carry over to every unit in the building, and their portal listings update together.
- The next building — as a copy
A new block in the complex is made as a copy of the previous one — with its floors and units. You change only what differs.
- Availability by floor
For every floor you see how many units are available, reserved and sold — without a separate spreadsheet.
What else the buyer sees
Availability and prices appear on the website by themselves — buyers don’t have to call to ask what’s free.
Enquiries straight from the project
An enquiry about the project or a specific apartment lands in the CRM with its source and goes to a salesperson.
3D map of the project
The buildings and the plot on a 3D map, with the project’s price range and average price per m².
360° tour
The project tour shows the price and status of every apartment.
The status — everywhere
A reserved apartment carries a badge on the website too, and a sold one is removed from every portal.
In the buyer’s language
The website comes in 7 languages, and AI translates the descriptions into any other.
A printable offer
Every listing has a print page that also saves as a PDF.
Your sales team works in one system
Enquiries, buyers and documents sit with each unit — not in notebooks and chats.
Every enquiry in one place
From your website, the portals and Facebook and Instagram lead forms — including a form for a specific project.
Enquiries don’t wait
They go to a salesperson who is online and must accept within 10 minutes — otherwise they pass to a colleague.
Buyers and available units
A new or freed-up apartment is matched with buyers’ stated requirements and the salesperson is notified.
Contracts from templates
The contract is written in the system, and “Fill with AI” fills in the parties, the property and the price without touching the clauses.
Documents with the project
Documents are uploaded or generated from a template on the project itself and are visible only to people with access.
Who sells how
Success rate per salesperson and lost deals with a reason — you see where you lose.
If you also sell through agencies
Your units go out everywhere from one place, and enquiries come back to you.
- One agreement for the whole building
The brokerage agreement is made at project level and covers every listing in the building.
- Your units reach other agencies
Through OptiShare your apartments are seen by other agencies and their buyers.
- 10+ portals from one listing
Every apartment is published to the portals from the system, and changes go out by themselves.
Frequently asked questions
Is OptiEstate right for a construction company or developer?
Yes. Builders and developers sell their own projects in it. The building is described by entrance, floor and unit, and availability and prices show on your website and the portals right after a change. Shared features change once for every apartment, and a new building is created as a copy of the previous one. Enquiries from your website, the portals and Facebook ads for a specific project go straight to your sales team. If you also work with agencies, one brokerage agreement covers every listing in the building, and through OptiShare your units reach other agencies’ buyers.
Which plan do we need?
Pro — it includes the interactive projects, buildings and apartments. It costs €32 a month excluding VAT for each person who sells — agent or salesperson. Paying yearly, you pay for 10 months instead of 12.
Do you have a client like us?
Yes. United Buildings, which sells only new developments, works with OptiEstate.
Can the website show which apartments are available?
Yes. The buyer picks a floor by availability and sees its plan and the apartment card. A reserved apartment carries a badge, and a sold one is removed from the portals.
Can we also sell through agencies?
Yes. The brokerage agreement is made at project level and covers every listing in the building, and through OptiShare your units reach other agencies and their buyers.
Show us your project
We will show you live how a building goes from the plan to the last sold apartment — and how the buyer sees it. Half an hour.
